Executive Manager - Infrastructure Planning & Development

Noxolo is a registered professional engineer (Pr. Eng.) with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA). She is also a member of other professional bodies such as South African Institute of Electrical Engineers (SAIEE) and the Institute of Directors (IoDSA).

She has extensive experience in the engineering environment, which she gained from 11 years she served in various positions at Eskom., She joined Eskom as an engineer-in-training, and progressed up to the senior management level as Secondary Plant Manager for the Western Cape region in the Transmission Division. As the Secondary Plant Manager, her responsibilities included secondary plant installation & commissioning of projects, maintenance, refurbishment and operation of the electrical infrastructure in various substations across the Western Cape geographical area, through management of highly skilled teams including engineers, technologists and technicians. Her current responsibilities at the RBIDZ include provision of strategic leadership to the Infrastructure Planning & Development business unit as well as overall management responsibilities of the unit.
