The structural approach of the organisation is to adopt a flat and streamlined structure which ensures operational efficiency, flexibility and minimum bureaucracy. It is also our intention to allow a configuration that facilitates the strategy by keeping a fluid structure. Such structure will allow the organisation discretion in terms of allocating and utilising resources where they can be optimally utilised. The different Executive Managers (EMs) in the structure are responsible for functional and strategic leadership in different portfolios.
