Nonhlanhla is a former lecturer, Vice Dean and Dean at the University of Zululand. She has 10 years experience in lecturing and 14 years experience in Human Resource Management both in public and private sector. She brings both local and international experience in different fields of specialisation. Her role is to provide support to the organisation and all business units and ensure compliance with codes of professional practices in terms of good governance. Furthermore, her role is to facilitate the development of long-term relationships with tertiary institutions in placing unemployed graduates on an internship programme within the IDZ.
